Project Background
Dropshipping is a marketing method that is gaining more and more importance, especially with new online sales trends. In this context, we were approached by an entrepreneur to create his cosmetics store with clear instructions: 0 stock, 0 paper and 100% online!
Services and Features
The first step was to design a home page that evokes a feeling of beauty and sensitivity through a choice of colors and images well suited to cosmetic products.
Being familiar with the atmosphere of the store, the visitor will be able to browse the different products catalogs with the possibility of filtering, sorting and reaching the products in a few clicks of research before accessing the detailed information of the article.
The customer's choice being fixed, he adds his items to the shopping cart and validates his shopping list so to be directed to the payment page.
In the meantime, the application had already checked the availability of items with the dropshipping partner.
Two payment methods are offered to the customer: credit card (visa, mastercard, etc...) or paypal.
Once payment has been made, the site sends the customer a confirmation email with the pdf invoice attached and sends the purchase request (customer information and list of items) to the dropshipping partner in Rest Webservice mode.
Thus, the products ordered will leave the webservice partner directly to the customer, and voila: 0 stock, 0 papers, 100% online and voila!
